Jason is one of the top professionals in the real estate market today.. He priced our house perfectly, and we had multiple offers on the very first day, not to mention he listed it well above what we thought we could get out of it. He coordinated all of the secondary parties to include needed services (termite letter, inspection), as well as Title company, insurance, flood cert, etc. He negotiated some things for us on both the sale and the purchase of our new home that would have left us spending more out of pocket before we could move in. He is one of the hardest working, reliable, and most knowledgeable professionals that I have had the pleasure of working with. If you need a real estate agent...Jason is your guy!

I highly recommend Jason for all of you home selling/buying needs! My fiancé and I used Jason Kleve for the sale of my fiancés home, and the purchase of our first home together. We personally felt that Jason went above and beyond for us, his knowledge of the market was impressive, and his negotion skills during our sale were helpful. The entire process, although stressful as always, was seamless and quick. He was very responsive for even the silliest of questions, and quick to listen to (and find) the exact house that we were looking for. We are so thankful for Jason and our LOVE our new home.

Jason was helpful from the beginning. Because of the location, I never thought it was going to be an easy property to sell in Murfreesboro. When the time came that I was ready to try he got the ball rolling. We couldn't believe how fast we were in a multiple offer situation. He advised us through the offer process and knew exactly what offer had the best chance to close. He always answered his phone and was very involved through the inspection and appraisal process. We had plenty of questions. Selling and buying a house can be very stressful. He told us what to expect. He was spot on and that deal closed pretty seamlessly. As for the buying process, he showed us a few homes. He even picked a few we initially thought we wouldn't like but looked at anyways. He was just feeling out our likes and dislikes. The next day and looking at several homes he suggested two homes that he thought we would like. Met us there and one of them was our new home. Had a contract on it that day. He knows how to find out what the buyer is looking for. We couldn't be happier in our house. Start to finish, we could not have asked for more. I will recommend Jason to friends and family searching for a home.
