Shelia is a Godsend. She held our hand through every step of our sale despite experiencing a major family health emergency. She is very thorough, knowledgable, professional, friendly, knows the market well especially our Twin Creeks Village neighborhood (because she lives there and is on the HOA board). Sheila was such a pleasure to work with. While we didn't end up relocating, she took an entire Saturday to show my husband and me around Murfreesboro. I highly recommend her if you're relocating for work, or just want a change of scenery. Give Sheila a call! She's quick, efficient, and thorough! You won't regret it. We are so appreciative and if we ever find ourselves in the area again, she's going to be our first call!

Shelia made a scary, competitive market an absolute breeze. She has a style that is peaceful and helps you relax---even when you want to be anxious, she won't let you! She is a professional in word and deed and I trusted her completely. I'd use her again without hesitation. Shelia Lunsford is one in a billion. She not only helped my family buy our first home in 2012 but she just helped us sell that home and find our forever home. She knows real estate inside and out and looks out for your best interest every step of the way. Shelia was always there day or night for every question or concern and had out back at every stage. She helped us sell our home so quickly we had an offer before it even went on the market. When it came to finding our home she listened and knew what was important to us and helped find our dream home. Shelia is an expert in negotiations as well as making sure the correct documents are there to protect you. She is very professional but treats you as if you were family. We love Shelia and can’t thank her enough for all the hard work and dedication she and her team gave us. We will ALWAYS use Shelia for any real estate business we do. We highly recommend Shelia Lunsford. We have owned 9 homes in the past several years in many different states. Shelia was by far the best agent we have ever worked with. She is a true professional as well as a very lovely lady. She made us feel as if we were the most important clients she has ever had, which I am sure she makes all her clients feel the same. Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed, no wondering or worrying. We have successfully moved into our new home, but miss our daily chats or emails with Shelia! Shelia Lunsford is hands down the best realtor you will EVER have the pleasure of buying a home with. I have worked with a handful of (what I thought were) decent agents in the past. Shelia's work ethic, professionalism and concern for our wishes made every one of them look like amateurs. My previous experiences with different realtors pale in comparison to working with Shelia. She goes above and beyond in every aspect. She exceeded expectations that we didn't even know we had. She is very prompt with correspondence. We never felt like she left us hanging, or like she didn't have time for us. As our professional relationship evolved, the couple of times she may have taken longer to get back to us about something, we had already developed enough confidence in her to know that if she hadn't gotten back to us about something, it was for good reason. Shelia doesn't just show homes for you to buy. She RESEARCHES each property with a fine toothed comb. Sometimes that can take a good chunk of time, especially when having to wait on seller's agents for responses. And if she can't get a response on her end, she'll find other avenues, via her extensive list of contacts or knowledge of public records, to get answers on her own. I don't know how she finds the time to be so thorough with as many clients as she has. We were looking for a home on several acres with specific desires for a mini-farm. Each time we arrived to view a property Shelia didn't just show us the house. She put hiking boots on and walked the entire parcel with us in search of property lines, ponds, creeks and any potential hazards or issues with the land. My husband and I would be trying to catch our breath behind her. On a couple of occasions, she even watched our two babies in the house so that we could walk a property without having to tote them through the woods. She was so accommodating and never made us feel rushed, or like we were putting her out in any way.When we finally found a home (after close to 10 months of working with Shelia) and our closing date was approaching, the sellers and their agent tried to strong-arm us into letting them out of certain terms that we all had previously agreed to in the contract. The way Shelia handled them was an art form. After consulting with us on how we wanted to proceed, she fought for us with class and poise, never getting nasty or losing her professionalism like the seller's agent did. Shelia armed herself with facts, confidence and respectfulness. In the end, the seller conceded and our team felt very vindicated. Even through a couple of personal tragedies that took her out of town Shelia made us feel like a priority. She kept checking on us, though we urged her to take care of herself and her family. Her commitment to her clients is unmatched. She truly loves her work, but she also genuinely cares about her clients, and she will be honest about what she can and cannot do, always referring to people better suited to answer certain questions that aren't within her realm of expertise (state offices/real estate attorneys, etc). She made us feel like our quest was her quest, and never like our desires were unreasonable or unattainable. She was patient, kind, flexible and always on task. We refer any, and everyone to her. The value of working with Shelia Lunsford cannot be quantified. She brings so much more to the table than just being a realtor. Cannot recommend anyone better!

We recently purchased a home in a very competitive middle TN market, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience working with Shelia. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. She went to bat for us time and time again with a very difficult seller. She is delightfully pleasant and professional. Shelia Lunsford helped us tremendously with finding our first home. We enjoyed working with her and knew she genuinely cared about us and our situation. She was just as excited as we were when she called us to tell us our offer was accepted. She always listened to our desires and was completely honest with us if she knew something didn't seem right with a place or price. She became family throughout the process.
